미스터지브라에 가면 하루에 한번쯤은 꼭 나오는 듯한 스팅 sting의 fields of gold.

이 곡 기타로 치고 싶어서 여자코드 찾아보다가 에바캐시디 Eva Cassidy 가 부른 버전을 듣게 되었는데,

우와 ㅠ 오늘 같이 우중충한날 듣고 있으면 눈물이 나는 노래.

스팅 아저씨가 부를때는 그냥 애잔했는데 에바언니가 부르는거는 진짜 눈물이 나는구나.

죽은 사람이 부르는 노래라서 더 그렇게 들리는건지 몰라도.

가사는 will 인데 느낌이 보리밭에 서풍이 불때면 당신, 나를 기억해주세요... 이렇게 들린다.

너무 좋다. 너무너무 좋다.

열심히 연습해서 죽기 전 꼬부랑 할머니일때 사랑하는 사람 앞에서 이 노래 부르고 죽어야지.

 

찾다보니 아이유도 이하나도 권진아도 불렀는데, 하나같이 좋은데 개인적으로 이 노래는 원곡보다도 에바언니 버전이 더 좋다.

그런데 누구는 upon으로 부르고 누구는 among으로 부르는데 한국인인 나로서는 어감의 차이를 알 수가 없네 ㅎ
